About Pacifica
Pacifica was created to make everyday legal support easier to understand, access, and manage. Clients have one organized place to submit a concern, upload important documents, follow their matter, and stay connected with the professionals handling it.
Pacifica is a legal-access and administrative platform, not an insurance company or law firm. Pacifica service fees pay for technology, intake, document organization, and administrative services. Attorney representation is separate and requires an independent attorney’s acceptance, a separate agreement, and a case-specific attorney fee.
